# How can I synchronize my schedule with that of my customers ?

The synchronization is linked with your ERP connection.

# Why doesn't the information related to the planning appear on the backoffice ?

This is because this information only appears in the application.

# Why can't my customer see all the course types on their application?

If it's a new type, it takes about 10 minutes before the complete synchronization. From then on, the course will appear on its application.

# Why do some of the courses I have added not show up on the application ?

If it is an update, you have to wait about 10 minutes before the complete synchronization and they will appear on the mobile application.

# Can I offer one-to-one meetings?

Create an event as explained in [this article](https://help.azeoo.com/en/articles/5440889-add-edit-or-delete-a-customer). In the booking configuration, set the maximum number of places at 1 to offer a one-to-one appointment.

For a telephone event, the limit is automatically set to 1.
