# Health Connect and Apple Health

Health Connect (for Android) and Apple Health (for iPhone) are native applications **for aggregating health data** from other fitness Apps.

From the AZEOO App, your customer can activate this service (depending on whether he's on Android or iPhone), by going to the **App settings**, then "**Devices and connections**".

From there, he accesses a list of Applications / Services with which he can connect in order to synchronize his AZEOO account automatically:

* **Height, weight**
* **Sports activities** performed (duration, calories burned and type of activity)
* **Number of steps** taken during the day
* **Sleep duration**

Initial synchronization is for the last 3 weeks, then every last 24 hours of use. After that, the information is not taken into account.
