# Customer reporting (questionnaires)

In the back office, go to the "**clients**" menu, then click on the name of the customer whose questionnaire responses you want to analyse.

In the "**questionnaires**" section you have access to all the questionnaires that have been assigned to this customer (via [a meal plan, a sports programme](https://support.azeoo.com/en/article/add-a-questionnaire-to-a-customers-content-or-calendar-1ensfah/) or [direct sharing](https://support.azeoo.com/en/article/share-a-questionnaire-1jpx7bh/)).

If the customer has not answered the questionnaire, the message "**To do**" is displayed.

If the customer has answered the questionnaire, you can access their answers directly by clicking on "**View answers**".
