# Coaching module presentation

# General presentation

The coaching module allows you to offer your customers comprehensive physical support, in addition to diet. With this module, you can support your customers in every possible way: via sessions, programmes, video courses, etc.

# Programme

A **programme** lasts x weeks or days and contains several **sessions**. The types of session you can add to your programmes are :

* **Standard** : focusing on classic fitness / weight training sessions
* **Cross-training** : WOD-oriented with the option of using Tabata, EMOM timers, etc.
* **Activity** : multi-sport oriented (badminton, football, swimming, yoga, walking, etc.)
* **Video course** : video support for a complete course

# Workout

This is a workout which does not belong to any programme, but which can be reused in any programme. It must be of the **standard** or **cross-training type**.

Offer your customers video lessons that they can **consume either "VOD"** (Video on Demand), or as part of a training programme session.

# Videos

You can compile your **own list of videos**, either videos created by the structure or external videos.

These videos must come from the [Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/) or [Vimeo](https://vimeo.com/) platforms. The organisation remains solely responsible for all videos, images and data published.

You can use [Facebook Live](https://help.azeoo.com/en/articles/5639753-facebook-live), [Youtube Live](https://help.azeoo.com/en/articles/5639761-youtube-live), [Vimeo Live](https://help.azeoo.com/en/articles/5639763-vimeo-live), [Zoom](https://help.azeoo.com/en/articles/5639766-zoom-live), etc. to offer lives to your customers, as long as you have a **web link** available to reference it in your planning on AZEOO.
